After a decade building, scaling, and selling HR tech companies, I'm now applying the same playbook to insurtech — automating underwriting, stripping out intermediary costs, and delivering products directly to the families the industry ignores.
I sit on boards and advise early-stage companies across HR tech, insurance, and AI, focused on operationalising AI safely within regulated industries.
